Job Title: Therapist (Facial / Slimming / Massage)

Job Purpose

As a Therapist at Mary Chia, you will deliver high-quality beauty, slimming, and massage treatments to clients in a professional and service-oriented manner. You will be responsible for recommending suitable treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service in accordance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of treatments including facial therapy, slimming treatments, body massages, and related wellness services.
  • Assess clients' needs through consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room in compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional advice and excellent customer service.
  • Promote treatment packages, skincare products, and wellness programs based on client needs.
  • Keep proper treatment records and update client service history accurately.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and stay up to date on product knowledge and new technologies.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely according to standard operating procedures.
  • Support day-to-day branch operations and assist colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary education or equivalent; beauty or massage therapy certification is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in facial, slimming, or massage therapy (training will be provided for suitable candidates).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is an advantage (to communicate with diverse clientele).

Working Conditions

  • 6-day work week (retail hours).

Job Title: IT Support Executive

Job Purpose

The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing daily technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the head office and multiple outlets. The role includes managing hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting digital tools essential for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and CCTV equipment.
  • Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi performance.
  • Liaise with external vendors for system maintenance, software licensing, and equipment servicing.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Set up IT access for new joiners and ensure proper system handover for exiting staff.
  • Assist in data backup and ensure compliance with IT security and data protection protocols.
  • Support implementation of system upgrades and roll-outs of new technology solutions.
  • Respond promptly to IT service requests and provide resolution within defined timelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, networking, and common office software.
  • Experience with POS systems, CCTV, printers, and basic IT hardware maintenance.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 and email account management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Able to work independently and travel to outlets when required.

As a Beauty & Wellness Consultant at Mary Chia, you play a key role in guiding clients on their beauty and wellness journey. You will assess individual needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and provide professional advice on skincare and slimming solutions. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the branch through expert consultation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations to assess clients' concerns and recommend suitable facial, slimming, or wellness treatments.
  • Provide product and treatment education, helping clients make informed decisions for their beauty and wellness goals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment history and progress tracking.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement.
  • Promote service packages and skincare products tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with therapists to ensure smooth treatment execution and service delivery.
  • Uphold high standards of customer care, hygiene, and service professionalism.
  • Attend training to stay updated on new products, treatments, and consultation techniques.

Requirements

Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Job Purpose

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for managing the company’s full spectrum of accounts payable functions. This includes timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, reconciliation, and maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and other payment-related transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery orders, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Prepare and perform payments via cheque, GIRO, FAST, or internet banking.
  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper documentation and filing of all payment records.
  • Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and staff expense claims.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and generation of AP reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice/payment-related issues.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting standards.
  • Any other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the CFO.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle high volume of transactions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
